MoneyPay Ltd Ltd. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Cryptosec”) have an internal recruiting team. MoneyPay Ltd may occasionally supplement our recruitment efforts with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”).
To protect the interests of all parties, MoneyPay Ltd will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to MoneyPay Ltd, including unsolicited resumes sent to any of MoneyPay Ltd mailing addresses, email addresses, directly to MoneyPay Ltd coworkers, or to MoneyPay Ltd’s database will be considered MoneyPay Ltd property. Cyptosec will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. MoneyPay Ltd will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain advance written approval from MoneyPay Ltd to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement and assignment letter. MoneyPay Ltd will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
